Das Material ist ideal für die verschiedensten Bastelarbeiten, Modellbau geeignet auch im Haushalt kann Kork nützlich eingesetzt werden. Kork kann geklebt, genäht und getackert werden. Kork ist schadstofffrei und antistatisch. Kork lässt sich kaum eindrücken (als Unterlage optimal, Dämmstoff oder Pinnwand) und lässt sich einfach mit Schere und Cutter bearbeiten. Die Korkplatte ist einseitig selbstklebend (Klebefolie). Sie hat eine feine und gleichmäßige Körnung. Die Korkplatte ist sehr flexibel, kompakt und haltbar.
