Die Antique Paste der Firma Pentart sind Effektpasten. Die dunklen Effektpasten sind auf Betumenbasis und die hellen Effektpasten der Antique Paste Serie auf Orangenöl-Basis. Die Antikeffektpasten sind dickflüssige Pasten, mit denen Kerbe, Rissen und Strukturen auf Oberflächen hervorgehoben werden. Somit wird ein Antikeffekt oder Vintageeffekt erzeugt. Besonders eignet sie sich auch zum Abtönen von Öberflächen. Die Alterungspaste kann mit dem Finger, mit einem Tuch oder Pinsel aufgetragen werden. Nach dem Verwenden der Antique Paste können die Pinsel mit Terpentin vollständig gereinigt werden.
