Die Augen bestehen aus einer transparenten Kunststoffschale, in der sich eine lose bewegliche schwarze Pupille befindet. Diese bewegt sich beim Kippen oder Bewegen des Bastelprojekts und sorgt für den typischen „Wackelaugen-Effekt“. Die Rückseite ist mit einem Kunststoffplättchen verschlossen, damit die Pupille sicher im Inneren bleibt.
Die Wackelaugen lassen sich einfach mit Bastelkleber, Heißkleber oder Alleskleber auf verschiedenen Materialien befestigen.
